Your task is to undertake the running of a double period. You are to introduce the class to a recipe that originates from an international country.

- Method of cooking (Include tips and techniques, food preparation skills required, cooking methods, important tools and equipment)
- 4 questions for the class to analyse the cooking process. (analyse the task)
- Evaluation template to describe the sensory qualities (EG: taste, smell)
- Information about the culture and history of this recipe (half page)
